Is the Active program beginner-friendly?
Yes. You don’t need to be an elite athlete. Our sessions are designed for busy professionals who want to feel younger, stronger, and healthier — without burning out. The program fits around your real life, not the other way around.

Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel anytime from your account dashboard. You’ll keep full access until the end of your billing period.

I already train. Will this still help?
100%. If your training leaves you tired, plateaued, or unsupported, ETP brings structure, performance insight, and longevity into your routine. You’ll move better, recover faster, and train smarter — not just harder.

Can I do the ETP programs alongside another sport or casual training (like football, tennis, jiu-jitsu, etc.)?

Absolutely — in fact, we designed them with that in mind.
Our programs, especially ETP Active and Hybrid, are structured to enhance, not replace, the way you move and perform outside the gym.

You don’t need to quit your sport. You need a plan that supports it.
Here’s how to approach it:

If you train your sport once or twice per week, we suggest doing ETP Active (3 sessions/week), which allows recovery and leaves space for play.

If you train more seriously (3–4x/week), you can still use ETP Hybrid, but we’ll guide you on adjusting intensity and recovery strategies — especially around sprints and lower-body loading.

We don’t believe in rigid programs. We believe in adaptable frameworks that support how you want to move — whether you’re chasing a ball or a finish line.

Which Program Is Right for Me? (Hybrid vs. Active)

What’s the difference between the Hybrid and Active programs?
ETP Active?

is our 3x/week path for busy professionals and recreational athletes. It’s minimalist but powerful — designed to get you stronger, more mobile, and better conditioned without burning out or overloading your CNS.

ETP Hybrid is the full-spectrum 7x/week system for those who want to feel like an athlete again — complete with sprint mechanics, power circuits, intense conditioning, and full-body strength. It’s advanced, progressive, and highly structured.

I’m in my late 30s, still active, but not a pro — which one should I choose?
If you want something sustainable that fits your life and still gets results, start with ETP Active. You’ll get a complete training system in just 3 hours per week.

If you already train 5+ times a week and want to upgrade your performance with a smarter plan, go for ETP Hybrid. It’s built for those who want precision, not just volume.

Can I switch between programs later?
Absolutely. Once you're part of Extra Time Performance, switching between programs is easy. Just message us or update via your Strivee dashboard — your progress and history stay intact.

I love lifting but my cardio sucks — will either program help?
Both programs include intelligent conditioning — not just random cardio.

  • ETP Active includes one Zone 2 aerobic session and one progressive sprint or conditioning workout per week.
  • ETP Hybrid goes deeper, with advanced intervals, tempo running, sprint drills, and capacity work — all mapped over time for real-world athletic gains.

What equipment do I need for each program?
ETP Active: The program can be adapted to a home gym. Dumbbells, a resistance band, and a small space. Optional: pull-up bar, kettlebell, Barbells. Email us: support@extratimeperformance.com to get the program adapted to your set up.
ETP Hybrid: Access to a gym is preferred — barbell, trap bar, cable row or lat pulldown machine, and cardio machines like AirBike or treadmill for intervals. But you’ll always get movement alternatives.
